  6. 5 years on Wood unless maintained properly as per guide.
  7. Condition under which warranty will be void:
     # Fabric warranty is subjected to manufacturer terms and condition. Kindly read washing instruction carefully.
     # Wood should be treated with WATCO or other similar Teak oil within the advised time frame and will depend on climatic conditions. Wood is naturally formed substance, slight deviation, colour variation is normal.
     # Wear and tear due to usage is normal as per industry standard.
     # Any damage by pets/animals, insects will not be covered under warranty.
     # Breakage due to mishandling and dragging/ flown away in strong wings will also not be covered under warranty.
     # Any modification, paints etc. by unauthorised person will also void warranty.
• 1. Installation/Assembly :
     # Free Standing Installation. This product dose not require installation
     # Do it yourself – Installation Manual or video assistance will be provided on request. To raise installation assistant request drop email .
     # Installation service by company personal is on chargeable basis. Kindly discuss before making purchase.
• 1. Product Delivery: 4 to 6 weeks
     # Any delay due to unavoidable situation will be considered as normal such as (extreme cold, extreme summer, extreme rains, war, civil war, riots, flood, fire, earth quake, volcanic eruption, other natural calamities, lack of raw material, shortage of skilled labour, change in government rules, sealing, licensing, Pandemic, Endemic, Lock Down, Political Unrest, Emergency, Pollution Ban/Restriction, Mechanical Breakdown, Etc) The company management will not be responsible for any delay due to such circumstances and will not entertain repeated followup during the period. No refund will be made for cancellation of orders during the period.
     # Change in order or fabric, colour or other customisation may require extra production time. Dispatch Dates are estimated and tentative and may sometime extend up to 6 weeks over and above given time line. All hand made/ hand woven furniture may take extra time depending upon availability of resource, labour, holidays, quality & finishing testing etc.
     # Kindly note all order will be considered for production from the date of receipt of payment. Delay in payment advance will make all offer and commitment void.
